The Role:
Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and exceptional servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
7. Delivering top-notch customer service, addressing customer requirements promptly and courteously.
8. Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure all vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, minimizing rework.
9. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Service Department's technical competence by providing advice, training, and mentorship to the team.
10. Handle customer service and repair requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
11. Permanent full-time position, Monday-Friday
12. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
13. Location: Darra, 4076
14. Start: ASAP
Experience:
15. MUST HAVE proven experience in a role of similar scope, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Service Operations.
16. Trade Qualification in the automotive industry.
17. Strong technical expertise and familiarity with BMW vehicles is highly regarded.
