We are expanding our operations in Australia and seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business needs.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality materials/services.Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize supply chain efficiency.Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services.Handle procurement-related documentation, invoices, and reports.Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement.Travel across Australia when necessary to evaluate suppliers and manage procurement operations.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel across Australia as needed.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Join iMile and be part of a team that's revolutionizing last-mile delivery in Australia!
