We have a rare opportunity to work with a national supplier company on the Gold Coast. As an administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of customer orders, concrete batching, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming enquiries and orders to provide great customer service
* Taking orders, ensuring correct batches and concrete design are put into the system correctly
* Tracking jobs, scheduling deliveries into the system, and updating these movements accordingly
* Communicating with other depo's and drivers to ensure schedules and service are accurate
* Data entry and other general administration tasks
* Assisting with operational improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
* Strong administration skills
* Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
* Confident with computers and learning new systems
This is an ongoing temporary role with high possibility of permanent placement for the right person. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm.
