We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant (Payroll and Reporting) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an expertise in payroll and strong background in financial management and compliance. Lead end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal obligations. Ensure adherence to financial and payroll regulations, supporting audits and process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights into financial and payroll performance. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA You must hold an Australian citizenship Proven experience in financial management and reporting, including preparing budgets, variance analysis, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Expertise in end-to-end payroll management, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Strong knowledge of compliance and governance in financial and payroll regulations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on aligning payroll and financial objectives. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (5 years' experience)2. Professional qualifications and membership (e.g., CPA, CA).3.
