This role will join the FC OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group’s Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives. Working in partnership with our Crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers. Role Overview As the Change & Training Manager, you will lead and develop the training needs and designs, develop collaterals and delivery of training programs for the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Crew. You will work in a highly regulated and fast paced environment to support and drive the training and change approach and delivery to ensure training and change interventions are effective and sustained. Within this role you will be comfortable independently delivering end-to-end training and change deliverables. It will be important for you to have had experience setting training strategy, conducting learning needs analysis and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks with an advanced risk mindset. You will be well versed in integrating the training plan and approach into project plans in collaboration with the CLM Crew across pace and agile methodologies. See yourself in our team Develop and design face to face and digital learning tools including learning materials, eLearning, video, infographics, audio podcasts, animation, communication materials and html content. Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure learning resources are contemporary and fit for purpose. Communicate and liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and/or key project team members in the development of learning solutions for impacted teams. Review, refine and adjust learning content, materials and resources based on quality assurance and SME feedback. Support the capability and learning solution end to end including needs analysis, design and solution concept, implementation, evaluation and ongoing enhancement. Develop fit-for-purpose change solutions and plans that provide business value and maximise change adoption and proficiency Conduct analysis to define the change requirements i.e. assessing the scale, scope and complexity of the change and understanding the business context and change environment Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other impacted teams across the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed Effective delivery of change solution, including delivery of change through others i.e. involving existing business channels and conduct change readiness and acceptance assessments Transition into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress / sustainability This role is a 12 month secondment If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
