We work together as a supportive and cohesive team that shares ideas and provides avenues for those with the appetite to take on new responsibilities and become leaders in their field.At Hames Sharley, our Interior Designers are integral to our mission of cultivating vibrant communities.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Collaboration with Senior Architects and Interior Designers in the design and delivery of projectsIdeation and Concept VisioningPrepare design development presentation and documentationDevelop and refine design ideas to meet client goals.Understand and incorporate client feedback into designs.Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.Keep up with design trends and industry developments.Address and solve design challenges efficiently.To be successful in this role, you should have the below skillset:7 + years' experience working in the Interior Designer/ Architecture FieldBachelor's degree in interior Designer or Interior ArchitectureAbility to generate innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts.Skilled in using design software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp)Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and project workflows.Strong ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.Capability to address and resolve design and implementation issues.Precision in creating and reviewing design plans and specifications.Experience in sourcing and collaborating with suppliers and contractors.Competence in inspecting sites and ensuring design quality.Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.At Hames Sharley, we place significant emphasis on fostering a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal wellbeing.
