Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.The Role:This position is responsible for the provision of professional secretarial, organisational, planning and workflow support to the Director of Catholic Education.Specific Duties:Coordinate and manage the daily workflow of the Director of Catholic Education. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing the Director's diary and determining priorities, booking appointments and making travel arrangements to maximise the productive use of the Director's time.Plan and diarise the annual layout/timeline of CENT Executive, NT Catholic Principals Association, Catholic Education Council (CEC) NT, and Catholic Education Office (CEO) staff meetings.Use initiative to provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including screening calls, emails and correspondence. Highlight issues and initiate action where appropriate, update and advise the Director of action taken and processes put in place.Document Preparation – Draft, proofread, and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by the Director for internal and external stakeholders.Provide high-level secretariat services for meetings such as the CEC NT, Standing Committees, Executive and ad hoc group meetings.
