In this role, you will support the business by performing several key HR activities such as managing employee relations issues, working with managers to develop and maintain their workforce plans, coaching and mentoring managers to improve employee performance and behavioral issues, and supporting cyclical HR Programs.Permanent, full-time positionMonday – FridayCompetitive remuneration packageSupportive team environmentOngoing development opportunities for career growthA commitment to promoting workplace diversity & inclusivityAccess to QubeCare, our employee wellbeing programKey ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR issues, including employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and performance management.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR procedures and policies.Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with the organisation’s vision, mission, and values.Provide accurate and timely reporting on HR data to support operational decision making.Provide critical insights and trends to management, achieved through analysis of HR data and metrics (internal and external).Provide timely accurate reporting to provide data insights to support operational decisions (Manning report, employee movements report, terminations report).Assess training needs and measure the impact of learning programs on performance and engagement.Qualification & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Degree qualified in Human Resources, or Business-related disciplines.Knowledge of Industrial Relations and regulatory environment.Knowledge of HR systems and practices.At least 2 years working experience in a similar role.Experience in HR management in a blue-collar environment.Experience in coaching.Strong internal customer relationship skills.Strong communication and team approach.Exemplary organisational skills and attention to detail.You will be committed to safety in the workplace and be dedicated to 100% Chain of Responsibility compliance.
