This full-time role will start as soon as possible and run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with complex learning needs, including those with physical needs. Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student development. Monitor and report on student progress and behavior. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with or supporting students with complex learning needs. Background in a care environment is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
