Your responsibilities will be as dynamic and fun as the role itself, including:
Assisting in the day-to-day operations, from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays.Leading and motivating our amazing sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable.Problem-solving like a superhero, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions.Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team.Deliver business objectives.What we're looking for: A strong leadership background: You've already honed your skills as a team lead or supervisor and are now ready for your next challenge in a leadership role.Passion for coaching and development: You thrive on developing others and motivating a team to achieve and exceed goals.Effective problem-solving skills: You're quick on your feet and know how to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.A collaborative mindset: You work well with others, and you're driven to build a motivated and high-performing team.Retail expertise: You understand the fast-paced retail environment and are ready to step up to a larger leadership role.What we offer: Leadership development: At TRS, we invest in growing leaders.
