About the Role This is an exciting senior administration opportunity to join a small and supportive team at District 16 in Ararat. Offering excellent career development, this is a hands-on position involving the following responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the district office, ensuring the appropriate prioritisation of issues First point of contact for all internal and external clients Manage reports and other documentation ensuring correct and appropriate retention and accessibility Develop and maintain an effective network and co-operative relationships with internal and external client base ensuring that items raised are dealt with in a responsive, timely and professional manner Provide administrative support for meetings including agenda preparation, scheduling meetings, catering, minute taking, following up on action items and liaising with Senior Management on meeting outcomes About You We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator or business support professional looking to develop their career with CFA. The role requires a person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and experience working in a large, and complex organisation will be advantageous. Important to this role is your ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and direction. This position acts as a mentor to junior administration staff and works closely with our CFA Volunteers. Diplomacy, emotional intelligence, teamwork and respect are attributes that are fundamental to this role. The successful candidate will also be highly skilled at sourcing and interpreting information to develop professional documents and reports.
