Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our friendly team!
About the Role
St Andrew’s is seeking a Registered Nurse / Midwife to join our team with a part time opportunity available.
As a member of our clinical team, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, After Hours Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders of the departments you are assigned to shift-to-shift to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting with dual registration as a nurse and a midwife. You will hold a passion for woman-centred care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High availability with the flexibility to work across all shifts will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
* Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and Midwife.
* 12 months experience or more in a dual RN/RM role in an acute care setting.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
* Recent experience in birth suite and post-natal care environment
Highly Desirable
* Experience working within a Special Care Unit
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)
