We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support, ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. You will also handle inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service regarding existing and new policy inquiries.
We will count on you to:
* Handle customer inquiries via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email.
* Maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance legislation and promote good listening skills.
* Provide customers with necessary information and support while managing call lengths effectively.
* Update reports based on predefined templates to ensure accurate data entry.
* Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to achieving Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
What you need to have:
* High School Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
