Role
You will be a part of a team which is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the company's portfolio, regarding their insurance needs. Your duties may include:
- Answer general insurance queries
- Assist with admin, invoicing, quotes and endorsements
- Broking support work
- Processing adjustments and adjusting policies
You
- Previous administration or support experience within an insurance brokerage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn
This is a great role for someone who comes from a background in Insurance and looking to further develop their career as a Broker. The successful candidate will be trained, supported and put through their Tier 1.
