Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide Orikan Field Technician Support including first-line and second-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution on Orikan equipment.
2. Provide preventative maintenance, installation, and training support services on Orikan equipment.
3. Escalate incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved within agreed timescales.
4. Co-ordinate Orikan spare part stock carried, including regular stock takes.
5. Update Service Request Management System with timely and accurate information on problem resolution.
6. Comply with all standards, procedures, controls, and policies (Orikan Health and Safety, First Aid, Company Vehicle, Internet, Dress code, Service Support Policies, etc.).
Desired Skills and Experience
Must Haves
1. Experience in a technical and electromechanical service role is essential.
2. Full NZ driver’s license.
3. Willingness to travel within New Zealand.
4. Proficient communication skills both oral and written.
5. Ability to work on call on a rotational basis (on-call allowances provided).
6. Company vehicle provided for business use only.
