What we need from you:
* Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work with current registration or membership
* Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc.
* Proactive and engaging with organisational customers
* Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
* Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
* Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
* Flexibility in being able to travel in Perth Metro area or FIFO to sites for short stays
