Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to manage accounts across SEQ. This role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and managing a diverse portfolio of customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets while exploring new business development opportunities in the industrial consumables sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of 150 accounts.
* Focus on driving sales growth and customer retention by delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Proactively engage with 4-5 new customers weekly to expand the business within the QLD region.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, ranging from business owners to procurement teams.
* Work towards meeting branch revenue goals and achieving gross profit targets.
* Meet KPI's in regards to customer visits and call cycles, ensuring consistent engagement with key accounts and new prospects.
Skills and Attributes:
* Proven success in Account Managment, ideally within the industrial consumables or hardware sectors, with more than 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, from business owners to procurement teams.
* Demonstrated success in new business development and introducing new products to the market.
* Familiarity with CRM software to track progress and manage client relationships.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
