They are looking for a Independent Service Advisor/2IC to join their team. Your role is pivotal in providing top-notch customer service, managing appointments, and supporting front counter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Schedule appointments efficiently and delegate service tasks to their skilled technicians.
* Understand and address customer automotive service needs and concerns.
* Provide accurate service information, estimates, and timelines.
* Maintain organised service records, customer details, and vehicle specifications.
* Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient job completion.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
* Keep the front counter area organised.
Requirements:
* Previous automotive industry experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Basic automotive knowledge is beneficial.
* Computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Flexible availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential early Fridays.
