Our client is launching a new Acoustics division and is seeking a leader to take the lead. This will be an opportunity to build a team in the way that you want and to have autonomy. The work is already there; they regularly tender and win work which they currently outsource. So, this isn't a business development role. Of course, you'll have to develop relationships with existing clients and manage tenders and fee proposals, but the hard work is done.
They have a fully approved business case to grow the team to 3 within the first 12-18 months, and further plans to grow the team to 8-10 within the first 3 years. It'll be your responsibility to lead them, mentor them, and support their growth. As the team grows, so will you. There will be an opportunity to take a national lead approach and to become an owner in the business.
