Starting as a temporary assignment, there is high potential that this role will be advertised permanently in the future.This ASX business works with blue chip clients (including mining, construction, energy and water infrastructure) providing consulting, engineering and maintenance services for industrial assets and capital projects.
A temporary role has become available for an experienced Travel and Accommodation Co-ordinator. Commencing ASAP, duties include:
* Co-ordinating travel plans and bookings (including flights, car hire and accommodation) – this will include the use of Globetrotter Corporate Travel software
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices (using Pronto and MS Excel)
* Providing general administration support to the team, including multi-skilling in other areas of operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and administration
To be considered, you should demonstrate:
* Previous administration experience (including organising travel and accommodation, preferably using corporate travel software)
* Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet competing deadlines and work in a high-volume environment
* Confidence learning and using new computer systems with intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
* Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
* Team player approach
* Availability to commence ASAP
