We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, based out of North Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast. Responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of minor projects and capital works across our South East QLD portfolio, you will also manage our client relationships, ensuring successful business relationships. THE POSITION Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and customers Providing leadership to your established team to achieve business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value Align, support and develop lifecycle changeout programs for Critical assets Develop and monitor project scope, schedule and budgets to ensure project performance and report against the work schedules and budget Co-ordinates planned works such as fleet safety equipment testing, permits, and planned shutdowns Monitor the need for outsourcing maintenance work and ensuring capability of external service providers meets business requirements THE PERSON 3 – 5 years’ experience in Project Management or similar role Trade or tertiary education in a technical field (such as electrical, mechanical, or engineering) preferred Well-developed interpersonal skills including report writing competencies, computer literacy and the ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment THE BENEFITS You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
