Workforce Planning Administration Officer - Part timeCommonwealth Bank of Australia, Sydney, AustraliaSee yourself in our team:Business Banking Services supports our customers, bankers, branches, relationship managers, and brokers across our Business Banking segments 24/7.We are a team of over 430 people, based across Australia, that helps to manage over 1.5m customer interactions each year.Our teams span a range of products and activities that include merchants, payment facilities, transactional accounts and banking, all BB general business enquiries, CommBiz, corporate cards, bank guarantees, financial assistance, commercial lending, and in-life loan maintenance to name just a few.Do work that matters:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Planning Administration Officer to join our team.This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate processing and validation of casual employee hours for payment.The successful candidate will liaise with HR & IR for pay-related matters, manage governance of related documents, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours/week: Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm.The role is based at South Eveleigh (Axle).Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to: Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business supportDiary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their timeAssist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetingsCoordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookingsArrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where requiredParticipate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions, and trackingCoordinate international and domestic travel arrangementsProcess financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvalsAdhere to the Code of Conduct which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our peopleWe're interested in hearing from people who have: Attention to detail and accuracy in data managementPrevious experience in an administrative role, preferably within a workforce management or payroll environmentExperience with JIRA and FRED systems is an advantageStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferredIf this role matches your experience and career goals, apply today!
