As a National Account Manager, you will manage our largest retail chain customers, developing deep understanding of their business needs and strategic direction.
You will work closely with the SMB Solution Architect, Business Developer, and wider business to position and grow Schneider Electric with customers, focusing on customer success.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with customers, gaining detailed understanding of their business needs.
* Be aware of market trends and understand the Retail segment, customer requirements, and expectations.
* Create compelling ideas, aligning our solutions to suit customer needs.
* Lead account planning process, collaborating within the account team to develop a 'One Schneider' customer-facing strategy/value proposition.
* Drive new business growth through new opportunities and existing areas of improvement.
* Enhance customer engagement by building a network at all levels inside the customer's ecosystem.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Previous experience in account management.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze customer satisfaction data and develop corrective actions.
* Knowledge of contracting and tendering procedures.
* Exceptional relationship and rapport-building skills.
* High-level technical capability and understanding.
