Curtin Strategy and Marketing Continuing Full-Time G06 Classification (Annual salary $93, 066 - $98,730 17% superannuation) About the Role: In this dynamic role, you will be collaborating closely with our Future Student Advisory team within Curtin Connect and Admissions to support the implementation and ongoing management of Curtin’s domestic application conversion journey to provide a seamless user experience from application to admittance. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside many other areas throughout the university to bring the engagement strategy to life, supporting prospective students throughout every step of their decision-making journey. This new and exciting opportunity allows you to develop, manage and coordinate an effective engagement strategy, leveraging key communication channels and developing tailored virtual and in-person events to support application and offer conversion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a data-driven post-application engagement strategy that delivers personalised, timely, and relevant communications to nurture applicants through to enrolment, addressing common concerns and reinforcing Curtin’s unique value proposition. Analyse enquiry, application, and offer trends to identify key conversion opportunities, measure campaign effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the university, including Future Student Enquiry, Admissions, Marketing, Student Services, and Faculty, to create a seamless, student-centred applicant experience that aligns with Curtin’s recruitment objectives. Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted event engagement initiatives that provide applicants with valuable insights, personalised support, and opportunities to connect with Curtin staff, students, and resources. Ensure every applicant touchpoint is optimised to provide a consistent, informative, and engaging experience, addressing diverse applicant needs while adapting to evolving student expectations and market trends. Who we are looking for: Completed a degree in a related field, or a combination of relevant work experience, education and/or training. Strong project management and coordination experience, with the ability to operate independently whilst working collaboratively within a team environment. Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective project outcomes. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet audience and university objectives. Demonstrated understanding of customer journeys, lead-generation, nurture, and conversion principles.
