The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Roaming Site Administrator role is perfect for the professional that enjoys diversity in their working week which, at times, will include travel to various project locations and possibly interstate as required. You will work as part of our finance team as well as various project management teams across our Mastermyne operations in QLD and NSW. Our administrators are the backbone of our operations and this role, with the flexibility to travel, is critical to provide ongoing support on and off site to our project teams. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including: accounts receivable, debtor management, payroll functions, accommodation bookings, invoicing and processing site timesheets.
The Person
To succeed in this role of Roaming Site Administrator you will have exceptional attention to detail and strong relationship management skills. Your proactive and positive attitude along with your ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen will ensure your application will stand out from the rest. Ideally, you will have prior site-based experience where you are no stranger to juggling multiple priorities and expectations to deliver quality outcomes for all your key stakeholders. Most importantly, you will have the flexibility and interest in travelling to our projects on an as required basis to provide support.
Minimum skills and experience required:
6. Finance administration experience;
7. Prior site-based administration experience desirable;
8. Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
9. Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
10. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
11. Strong Microsoft Excel & accounting software skills;
12. Valid Driver’s Licence.
