Qualifications & Experience:
We are seeking an accomplished Bar Manager who possesses:
* Proven Experience: A background as a Bar Manager in a premium or hatted environment, showcasing your expertise in delivering exceptional service.
* Cocktail Mastery: A demonstrated ability to create, develop, and execute a premium cocktail menu that delights guests and elevates their experience.
* Financial Acumen: Strong skills in labor management, ordering, stock control, and cost management to drive profitability.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
* Leadership Skills: Experience in supervising, training, and motivating a team to consistently deliver outstanding products and guest service.
* Wine Expertise: Knowledge of international and Australian wines, with a WSET certification preferred.
