EPC respects all individuals and promotes equity and inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people of all genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, racial, cultural and religious backgrounds and socio- economic status.To be successful in this role, you must have: 3 years proven practical experience in supporting & administering the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite of products (Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).3 years proven practical experience in supporting & administering Active Directory Domain Networks (DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS) Desktops (Windows 10/11) and Servers (Windows 2019/2022). Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in a similar role as a Desktop Support Engineer, Helpdesk Technical Support or related field.Advanced Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Teams.Advanced knowledge in supporting PC software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with various hardware (PCs, printers, projectors, WIFI).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.Experience in providing technical guidance and training to support team members.Commitment to delivering a quality customer-focussed and responsive service to end users.Ability to work with a high level of independence, accountability and autonomy.Well-developed communication and relationship skills.Current Victorian driver's license, good driving record and willingness to use own vehicle in line with EPC.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant industry certifications & experience.Desirable Qualifications/Competencies: Experience working with macOS on a Windows AD environment.Experience in VEEAM Backup & Replication.Experience in AVAYA Cloud Office & IP phones.Experience in VLAN switching & Wireless technologies.Experience working with Configuration Manager (SCCM)All enquiries to Peita Carroll on ******** or (email protected).
