Position Title: Casual - Smithton Position Type: Temporary - Part-Time Position Location: Smithton Requisition ID: 34456 Casual Production Worker The Role To meet busy production demands, we are inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our pool of Casual Production Workers for our Smithton site. Working to achieve the daily production schedules across the plant, the successful candidates will be hard-working, driven and flexible. Although previous experience is not necessary, any relevant food processing and/or manufacturing experience will be advantageous. Full training will be provided to successful candidates. Role Requirements To be successful in these roles, you should be able to demonstrate: Strong commitment to working safely. Availability to work across 24-hour / 7 day per week shift profile. Flexibility to perform different roles and be available to work on call. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to think logically and quickly, sometimes under pressure. Strong mechanical aptitude. Food handling skills or qualifications is advantageous. Cleaning/sanitation experience is advantageous. Current Forklift license including relevant experience is advantageous.
