Job Description
About this role
The System & Process Transformation Manager leads and manages a team of secondees to achieve the deliverables of the programme. This position requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Major Responsibilities
* System and Process Improvement Programme: Undertake system and process improvements to enable best practice adoption throughout HR and Payroll practices.
* Program Team Leadership: Lead, supervise and manage Program team resources while fostering collaborative relationships within and across teams.
* Project Management: Work with Project Executive Sponsors and Strategy and Project Management Office staff to review, monitor, and report on project progress.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Integrate change management activities into project plans and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Systems and Process Improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will have a tertiary qualification in Finance or Human Resources and eligibility to work in Australia. You should demonstrate:
* Clear understanding of end-to-end payroll business processes and practices.
* Outstanding people management skills with experience managing teams in changing environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to analyse complex business problems and implement solutions.
