Job Summary
We're seeking a Channels Digital Risk & Control Manager to report to the Channels Governance and Controls lead. As a key business partner for the Digital business within WPB Channels, you'll help manage risks associated with embedding new technology, expanding digital services, and adopting new ways of working.
Main Responsibilities
1. Designing and implementing operational controls for digital products and services
2. Designing end-to-end digital risk management processes
3. Providing advice and guidance on maintaining an effective internal control environment
4. Facilitating and representing as Secretariat for Digital Risk Forum
5. Transforming the digital risk and control maturity curve through insights into emerging risk and automated monitoring programmes
6. Performing incident analysis, root cause issue identification, and deep dive controls reviews
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Problem-solving and strong analytical skills
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Comfort challenging existing processes or advice that is outdated
* Understanding of digital banking and customer-facing technology
* Experience conducting control reviews and implementing recommendations
* Strong modelling skills and willingness to learn
