General Manager – Global Sales About the role We are seeking a driven and strategic General Manager – Global Sales (HSFE) to lead our global sales efforts.This pivotal role is based in Angaston (3 days per week) and reports directly to the Executive Director – Marketing & Sales HSFE.The General Manager will take charge of developing, managing, and executing the HSFE equity brand sales strategy, overseeing the global sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets across various local and international markets.Key responsibilities include: Leading and empowering the global sales team to meet and exceed targets across global Travel Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, and local markets.Cultivating and expanding partnerships with distribution and trade partners aligned with our brand values and strategic direction.Spearheading the annual distributor planning cycle, including pricing strategy, events calendar, and market investments.Providing regular reports with performance analyses and strategic adjustments as needed to optimize market share and brand awareness.Championing a collaborative approach with the Marketing team to drive brand understanding across internal and external stakeholders.Maintaining a keen awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.Requires flexibility to connect with international markets and differing time zones and approximately 6-8 weeks international travel per year.
