Some of the key activities you will be performing in this role are: Lead and manage the accounting activities for the Finance team, driving both performance and professional development. Oversee financial management, including general ledger maintenance, monthly/annual reporting, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations. Manage and supervise the audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy. Help development and management of annual budgets, supporting senior management in financial planning. Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely execution. Provide strategic financial insights and business case development to support organizational growth and investment opportunities. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance business outcomes, improve efficiencies, and manage key projects. Commissions management and insight ensuring correct structures are in place. Help lead a project to migrate accounting/ERP systems, ensuring integration with the parent company. Participate in ad hoc projects related to post-acquisition integration with the parent entity as required. Tax compliance and management with outsourced tax agents. Experience that will help you achieve success in this role: Degree-qualified in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA/CPA/ACCA accreditation is required. Originally trained within a top audit firm. Deadline-oriented with a proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Strong technical accounting knowledge, specifically in IFRS. US GAAP knowledge is desirable. A commercial mindset with strong communication skills, able to partner with different departments across the business. Experience in accounting for Saa S metrics is highly desirable. What's in it for you?
