Your day to day
You will be the administrative back-bone to our sales success. Your role is all about exceeding expectations! Whether it's engaging with MICE, Sports, Entertainment, Leisure, or Corporate groups, you'll provide exceptional service by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions and helping to seal the deal to meet revenue targets. You'll be the expert on our group offerings and Hotel X facilities, maintaining contract templates, and ensuring CRM accuracy. Your mission: answer enquiries, nurture client relationships, and support group bookings by making sure no detail goes unnoticed. It's a fast-paced, rewarding position where you can make a

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You’ll love coming to work with a team who strive for excellence day in, day out to deliver a quality hotel experience. Working as an integral part of our Sales & Marketing Team, you are encouraged to bring your unique personality and perspective (your X factor). Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure the execution of a seamless experience for our valued groups.
What we need from you
Your genuine enthusiasm for hospitality should shine through, backed by a robust foundation in front office, reservations, or similar hotel-related roles. Thriving in this position requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Your vibrant personality and innate talent for fostering valuable business relationships will be a key asset, further supported by your proficiency in hotel management systems, a polished telephone etiquette, and the ability to provide insightful local recommendations to our guests. This role is the perfect opportunity to let your passion for hospitality take center stage!
This role requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, with flexible rostering options. We're open to either 3 full days or 5 shorter days of 5 hours each. Availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is essential, and there may be opportunities for additional hours depending on business needs.
