Your role Seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security clearance to build and design enterprise level integration solutions, prepare technical design documentation, present to design governance forums, and lead a team of technical developers.
Lead the design of software solutions tailored to meet business needs. Develop system specifications and interfaces for intricate components. Guide application design delivery and ensure effective communication with development teams. Key Skills and Experience (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in configuring Salesforce. Ability to build/modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, etc. Advanced experience in Apex, Lightening Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge. Experience in using version control and CI/CD tooling. Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is valued. Experience in: Building and designing enterprise level integration solutions. Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Leading a technical team of developers. Preparing technical design documentation and presenting to governance forums. Building data models to business requirements. Tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum. Troubleshooting errors in development and configuration. Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting.
Ability to work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.
Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver projects using agile methodologies within scope, quality, and budget expectations.
