LLS Aus Group is seeking experienced, results-driven Sales Professionals to nurture our labor hire market clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will primarily focus on building market share in your area by developing new business opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to do what we at LLS Australia do best – matching great contract and labour hire talent with great clients, quickly.
Responsibilities:
* Focus on Western Australia region.
* Establish yourself as an industry client solution partner.
* Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our recruitment services.
* Drive revenue growth, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed-upon targets.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand and address client needs, providing tailored solutions that match great candidates with clients quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:
* Proven success in a sales or business development role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus, but not a must.
* Current and valid driver's license.
