However, if Certificate III in Dental Assisting has not been completed, then appointment will be at CA2 classification in the Dental Assistant Training position until successful completion of the qualification within 12 months of appointment.Possession of a 'C' Class drivers licence is highly desirable.Undertake training and travel associated within Townsville Hospital and Health Service Policy.Working across the different clinics in the Townsville region is a requirement of this role and the potential of an overnight travel to our Hughenden, Richmond and Palm Island clinics.Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a 'working with children check' from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position.This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
