You’ll be part of a groundbreaking concierge model designed to provide ultimate independence for individuals with high physical support needs. On these sites you will find specialist disability NDIS apartments spread throughout a mainstream residential building with an on-site carers’ unit, all integrated with assistive technology and nurse call buttons which call back to the onsite support unit. Key Responsibilities – Your Impact Starts Here Provide daily living support, including personal care, household tasks, and capacity-building activities. Deliver high-intensity supports tailored to individual needs, including assistance with medication, medical appointments, and behavior support. Provide behavioural support, skill development and social support, helping participants thrive. Facilitate community participation, ensuring participants can access and enjoy various activities. Assist with travel and transport needs, promoting mobility and engagement. Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional service delivery and participant satisfaction. Are You the One We’re Looking For? We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference, bringing energy, dedication, and expertise to their role. Minimum 6 months of experience in the disability or related sector. Must have Manual Handling experience Must be open to overnights Flexible availability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts. A passion for person-centred care and advocating for people with disabilities. Positive, energetic attitude with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert III in Disability, CPR & First Aid Certs) and required clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, etc.) Drivers license and reliable vehicle (desirable).
