About the role:
To undertake duties to relieve Pharmacists of non-professional and technical tasks to ensure medication management services of the highest standard are delivered within the Rockhampton Hospital.
Assist with inventory management within the pharmacy department including, but not limited to, ordering, receiving, storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals and consumables.
Actively participate in the Pharmacy Department rotational roster.
Perform functions related to the maintenance of Imprest systems in designated ward areas of Rockhampton Hospital campus.
Input, and maintain, pharmacy and client data required for information systems maintained by the Rockhampton Hospital Pharmacy Department.
About you:
Certificate III as a Pharmacy Assistant (Certificate III in Community Pharmacy SIR30116 or Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support HLT37121) or an international equivalent is mandatory.
A Certificate of Competency in 'HLTPHA001 - Maintain Pharmaceutical Imprest module, as part of a Certificate III in Hospital Pharmacy is a legal requirement for undertaking Controlled Drug Imprest duties.

Total remuneration value of up to $82,130 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $34.53 - $36.30 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
