This role includes team leadership, management, and supervision of staff within a Recruitment Team to support best practice recruitment and systems outcomes for hiring managers. The Senior Advisor, Recruitment will provide overall management of transactional processes in scope for recruitment and selection services and ensure that governance and management systems are in place. Furthermore, this role will identify, develop, and implement improved recruitment processes, projects, and initiatives across the Department of Health.The successful personTo be successful in this role, you will have expert knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relating to recruitment and selection within a large complex environment to enable you to develop and implement recruitment initiatives. You will have the ability to lead and mentor a team to meet key performance indicators and achieve high-quality service delivery outcomes. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully liaise, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders.
