The Opportunity

Our Change Management Practice consists of a small team showcasing great strength in the strategic space and an immense passion for helping the business adopt change. Our busy portfolio means we are now looking for an individual with exceptional hands-on delivery skills to bolster our team for a 12-month Maximum Term Contract. Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will lead the design and execution of change initiatives that align with strategic objectives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
1. Design, implement, and manage tailored change management strategies for projects and initiatives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to foster engagement and manage resistance effectively.
2. Develop comprehensive communication and training plans to support teams in navigating change successfully.
3. Measure and report on the success of change initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organisational goals.
4. Leverage advanced tools and resources to enhance the organisation’s change management capabilities.
5. Provide support to leaders, helping them understand and manage the impact of change initiatives.
Qualifications
About You
You are a dynamic and experienced change management professional who thrives in collaborative environments and has a passion for achieving meaningful results. With strong interpersonal and technical expertise, you can influence and inspire others to embrace change.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
1. Proven experience in applying change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, PROSCI) to deliver structured and effective change initiatives. A natural ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders, fostering engagement and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
2. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address challenges and resistance during change initiatives.
3. A proactive approach to working in cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and managing resources effectively.
4. Expertise in designing and executing targeted communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and empowered. A tertiary qualification in business management, project management, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
5. Competency in using project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
