We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 service desk engineer with a strong work ethic, and a keen sense of customer satisfaction to join our team.Your new roleYour role will be to work with our clients troubleshooting issues in a predominantly Microsoft environment, with other related software and solutions, and dealing with a range of network, hardware, and software issues both over the phone and face-to-face. Always ensuring that the customer has a great experience.Provide support to clients across Asia Pacific via telephone, email, remote access tools, and onsite.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount.Monitor and action alerts from client systems.Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune. You will also be involved in supporting other general IT duties.Essential Criteria Ready to startExcellent oral and written English language skills are essentialMinimum 2 years' experience in providing technical service role.MSP experience well regarded.Strong troubleshoot and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Server, and NetworkingExperience with Microsoft 365 cloud technologies - Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, MDMExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.Experience in both Desktop and Server supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work proactively and independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting abilitiesPresent a professional appearance and attitude while providing our clients with an excellent customer service experienceA passion for technology and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.Current driver licenseThis role requires someone who can hit the ground running.We prefer candidates with prior MSP experience. As a Level 2 engineer, you will be responsible for researching and implementing solutions to problems our assigned to you.
