The Role Internal Sales and Customer Service Specialist (Willawong, Brisbane) We have over 90 staff across New Zealand and Australia and have a new position available in our growing Internal Sales team based in our Brisbane Branch. This position involves servicing the requirements of our Territory Managers in the field, receiving and processing of customer orders, troubleshooting customer issues as well as other general customer service requirements. Our customer base includes motorcycle dealers and repair outlets nationwide. Sales are supported with our Brand Managers, Territory Managers, a printed catalogue, and our industry-leading website. Key Responsibilities and Attributes The key responsibilities and attributes include, but are not limited to: • Excellent phone manner and able to develop and maintain customer relationships. • A professional outlook, with a high attention to detail. • Ability to work in a truly growing team environment and understanding that teamwork and communication is essential. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. • A can-do attitude. • Great organisational skills and work ethic. • The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of motorcycles. • A good level of computer experience and literacy. • In-depth mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is beneficial. • Flexibility to assist the team in other areas where required. Primary tasks • Processing of customer orders. • Assist external territory managers with information. • Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and emails, assist customers with product information and order requirements. • Perform outbound calls to promote and sell our product offering. • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure great customer service. • Ensure a great customer experience.
