Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.About the role:You will get hands on in the management of the construction projects from concept design through to delivery and finalisation; to make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the main building contractors from a customer end.Responsibilities include:Prepare and maintain project documentation in the company's document controls system (Aconex / PROCORE, SharePoint).Coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment and information.Assist in the preparation of budgets and maintaining / tracking during project life cycle.Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing project Scope of Works and prepare the documentation for sign off.Assist the Construction Manager in contract administration during project life cycle.Analise project risks and opportunities.Prepare project health-check in line with contract compliance requirements.Coordinate activities during project life cycle from early works, construction, procurement, commissioning to final handover to operations.Prepare Expenditure Approval Requests in relation to variations against agreed and defined scope of work.Attend all design, procurement and client meetings, update/collect meeting minutes and project related documentation.Validate, report and support Construction Manager on contractor's monthly progress claim.Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with effective communications with project stakeholders.Adhere strictly to Confidentiality Policies and Health and Safety Policies and instructions.Obtain a list of omissions and defects in the new facility from the project consultants and contractors and follow the process for addressing these as required.Ensure that all plans (including as built) and documentation for the ongoing maintenance and support of the data centre are kept in the relevant folders.About you:2 to 3 years' experience as a Construction Coordinator.
