The NSW Government's Personal Injury Commission is an independent statutory tribunal within the NSW justice system.
We resolve disputes between people injured in motor accidents, workplaces, insurers, and employers through three key divisions:
* Motor Accidents Division
* Workers Compensation Division
* Police Officer Support Scheme Division
A Deputy President position has become available within our Presidential Unit with a potential commencement date of 23 October 2025.
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced judicial officers or Australian lawyers with at least 7 years' standing, possessing special or superior knowledge, skill, or expertise related to matters under our jurisdiction. This role may involve acting as President during the President's absence from duty.
Salary: $170,000-$220,000 per annum
