Description In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Balance supply of materials with incoming demand, ensuring alignment with site stocking strategies. Ensure production and operations have adequate and timely supply of necessary materials. Focus on supplier management by rescheduling orders when necessary to meet changing needs. Work closely with internal stakeholders to adjust supply plans as needed. Manage supplier performance and actively drive improvements while escalating issues to the Supply Continuity team. Utilize materials planning systems and manage aggregate supplier schedules. Communicate with Customers from time to time for order clarification, providing feedback on material availability. Manage supply chain activities related to change management and new product introduction Participate in continuous improvement and developing standard processes. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage material plans, ensuring supplier schedules meet site requirements. Address and resolve supply chain exceptions using advanced planning tools. Actively engage in supplier scorecard generation and performance management. Analyze KPIs to drive supply chain performance improvements and strategic decision-making. Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory risks. Competencies: Values differences and works collaboratively. Skilled in materials planning system utilization and inventory management. Expertise in KPIs management, supplier performance, and problem resolution. Strong communication, customer focus, and results-driven approach. Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. APICS CPIM certification preferred. This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions compliance. Qualifications Experience: Intermediate experience in supply chain planning and supplier management. Proficiency in ERP systems and materials management tools.
