What’s in it for you?
As our Consultant within our Real Estate Advisory and Project Management team based in Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team, within a national practice with national coverage and gain experience across multiple industry sectors as well as across functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network.
1. Assist with valuation assignments of stabilised property, development projects and specialised assets.
2. Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range projects and transactions for income producing and development projects.
3. Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and development advisory.
4. Provide specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.
5. Undertake market research, trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers.
6. Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Affordable Housing.
7. Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.
8. Support Project Managers on the delivery of complex business cases, buildings and precincts.

9. Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
10. Understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
11. Good report writing and presentation skills.
12. An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers and methodologies.
13. Experience or qualifications in Property Valuation looking to work towards professional accreditation such a CPV of the API or RICS, CFA, CPA or ACA
