Project Engineer Job details Posted 16 April 2025 Salary150K - 180K LocationSydney Job type Sectors CGC Cover Reference3909088 Job description Join a mid tier builder turning over in excess of 500M Work in a supportive team with a welcoming culture Role open due to growth and strong pipeline The Company Mid-tier builder turning over in excess of $500M with a team locally in Sydney of 200 people Projects across private sector and government valued to $100M Subbies paid on time and project stakeholders work in a collaborative, professional environment Company has a strong balance sheet with no debt, over 50% of work is repeat business and they engage in ECI and D&C contacts Senior management have been with the company over 10 years, many progressing organically through the business The Position Reporting into the Project Manager and working closely with your site team you will join either a health or schools infrastructure project valued to or in excess of $70M.
What Youll Do / Have Help lead and manage project stakeholders, including mentoring and training where required Laise with consultants and client representatives Have In-depth understanding of building methodologies and current industry best practices.
Proficiency in project scheduling using MS Project.
Comprehensive knowledge of current QHSE Acts and legislation.
Oversee quality management and continuous improvement processes.
Handle monthly commercial reporting, progress claims, and variations.
Effective implementation and understanding of AS Form of Contracts.
Skilled in negotiation and dispute resolution.
What You Bring: Degree in a relevant discipline- Construction Management Strong technical knowledge of project software, BCA, and project planning.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
