1. Location – Newcastle (Hunter & Central Coast Districts)
2. Employment type: Temporary Full-Time, 35 hours per week
3. Clerk Grade 5/6, Base Salary range $93,295 pa - $102,941 pa, plus superannuation & annual leave loading

Your role
Provides a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients including those with complex support needs; advocates and other stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams; provides coaching and support to team members to optimize business and service outcomes.
What you’ll do
Senior Client Service Officersprovide a broad range of applicant, private rental, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients including those with complex support needs; advocates and other stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams; provides coaching and support to team members to optimize business and service outcomes.
Senior Client Service Officers manage relationships, partnerships and networks between communities and the Department to improve communication and access to services for clients and to support sustainable tenancies both within social housing and the private rental market.

Essential Requirements
Possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel to and work with clients in their home (a corporate vehicle will be provided for travel between office and clients home).
