Job Description
o Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to assist with strategic decision-making.
o Reporting & Performance Tracking: Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
o Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing explanations for variances and recommending corrective actions.
o Cost Management: Collaborate with departments to monitor and control costs, improving financial efficiency.
o Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
o Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments, including capital expenditures, mergers, and acquisitions, and provide recommendations.
o Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment and accurate financial data.
The Successful Applicant
o Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
o Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles. Experience in Media & Advertising Industry is preferred.
o Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
o Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
o Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present financial data and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
