This diverse role involves a range of administrative tasks, providing one-on-one professional support and completing higher-level editing and research functions. Some of the tasks include:Reviewing and sourcing relevant medical information and recordsResearching article-based evidence and services Developing documents and templates Proofing and editing reports Managing an Excel database to record statistical and client-related dataEditing and updating mail merge dataMaintaining and developing operational processes and proceduresUsing Xero to send invoices Updating and maintaining bookings Essential criteria:Proficiency using Word and ExcelExcellent written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency typing Competent general computer skillsAbility to multi-taskPractical and well-organised Strong time management skillsAbility to work in a professional and confidential environment The role will be based at the Northside practice. The position is being offered on a part-time basis (15 - 20 hours per week) with the opportunity for flexibility around childcare or other roles. One-on-one support and training will be provided. There is potential to grow the role in terms of hours and range of duties. The position will be remunerated based on skills and experience, and performance.
